A 60-minute Deep Dive Consultation: We’ll uncover your unique challenges, goals, and lifestyle so I can design a personalized plan tailored to your body and life.
6 Transformational Coaching Sessions (30 min each): Accountability and check-ins drive results. We'll work through challenges and you'll leave each session with doable, strategic next steps.
A final 30-minute Wrap-Up Session: We’ll review your progress, celebrate wins, and create a long-term plan so you can maintain momentum, without ever needing another diet or nutritionist again.

I do not work directly with insurance providers. Sessions are self-funded and payment is required at the time of booking.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no fee. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a full session fee charge.

Between consultations, you’ll have access to email and WhatsApp support (during work hours) for any quick questions or concerns. I want to be there for you, because support and accountability matter. This isn’t a “see you in two weeks, good luck” kind of approach. If something feels unclear, overwhelming, or off track, you can reach out. You’re not doing this alone.
